Arriving:
Please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment for proper check-in. If arriving late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service in order to stay on schedule, respecting all of our client’s time.

Cancellation Policy:
We may ask for a credit card to hold appointments with a duration time of 30 minutes or longer. A minimum of 24 hour notice is expected and appreciated for any changes or cancellations. Out of professional courtesy for our therapists, missed appointments are charged the full booking amount.
